It is a Mobile application that enables subscribers to easily and conveniently access Voice call Services in one centralized location.

Download the App, by going to Google PlayStore or AppleStore and searching for ‘Nena’.

Launch the App and enter the information requested then click continue option.

A text message will be sent to your handset or tablet with the One Time PIN (“OTP”). DO NOT SHARE THE OTP WITH ANY THIRD PARTY. The OTP will be delivered from the ‘ALDERLITE SMS handle.

Thereafter, customer details have to be entered. The Customer details include but not limited to your full name, Identity card or Passport number, gender, physical address, your photo image and photos of your identification documents.

Open the App and check on the top right corner. Your number starting with 020 will be displayed.

Ensure you have loaded Airtime and have stable internet connection then select the number from the App’s contact then press the “call” button

One can purchase Airtime either through Mpesa or by using a credit card. These service can be accessed from our recharge page. The credit should reflect within 2 minutes

The calling rate to kenya is kshs 4 per minute( Rate inclusive of all applicable taxes)

Open the App, and check at the top right corner. The balance is displayed in kshs
